My first tutorial, young Masbath.
I was very fond on the greenish 'seaweedy' effect. This is my first tutorial, so please be kind.

It is fairly easy, and with curves. Done in PSP 8.

Let's start of with the base image :
1.Duplicate your base 3 times and set them to screen (depends on how dark your image is.)
2. Duplicate your base layer, drag it on top, and set it to soft light 100%
And you'll have this :
3. Merge all layers.
4. Open layers > new adjustment layer > curves
And the settings are as follows,
red, input :116 output: 142
green, input: 119 output: 141
blue, input 135 output: 120
And the result:
5. Merge all. Go to layers > new adjustment layer > brightness/contrast
I set mine as follows, Brightness : 0 Contrast: 15
6. And I added text to suit my own liking.

And Voila!
